WARNING: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn your candle away from any flammable objects, children and pets. Always burn your candle on heat-safe surfaces. Avoid lighting in or placing your candle near drafts; this is unsafe as well can cause uneven melting, tunneling and an uneven burn the next time your candle is lit.
FOR BEST BURNING RESULTS trim the wick to ¼ inch (6.4mm) before each use. Burn your candle each time until the wax melts across the candle surface, this is particularly important for your first burn. Keep wick centered and trimmed to ¼ inch (6.4mm) each time the candle is lit. Keep wax melt pool free of debris including pieces of the wick and matches. Never exceed burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
STOP burning the candle when there is ¼ inch (6.4mm) of wax left in the container.
DO NOT MOVE OR TOUCH the candle when it is lit and until it has had a chance to cool down to the touch. The container will be very hot to the touch when lit and for a short time after the candle is extinguished. The melted wax will remain hot and can cause a burn, another reason to not move or touch the candle until the container and wax has had a chance to cool down.

Returns
Should your order arrive damaged, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt together with a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent in the event your candle or product is damaged.
